Hiring Construction & Concrete staff to start immediately and stay with the team for future seasons. Pay rate starts at $17.00 per hour, and up to $25.00+ per hour depending on experience, skill set and roll on crew. This position(s) offers a variety of work. We prefer you have the following:
– Experience working with concrete – including forming, raking, and/or finishing concrete
– Experience working with asphalt
– Experience and knowledge of basic construction practices, tools, equipment operation
– Understand grades, grading, and basic drainage
– General labor duties
– Strong Work Ethic
– Team Player

Must have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to get to our shop daily. Seasonal bonus offered based on performance.
Winter work includes Snow Removal: plow snow in pick-up truck, operate machine with push box, or clear sidewalks with snow blowers, shovels. Additional snow bonus offered.
